Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers including PayPal and, where applicable, Stripe.

Protocol Blackout does not store payment card information.

8. Intellectual Property

All articles, videos, photographs, graphics, logos, manuals, systems and educational material remain the exclusive intellectual property of Protocol Blackout.

No material may be reproduced, redistributed, sold, uploaded or used to train artificial intelligence systems without prior written permission.

9. Liability

Protocol Blackout takes reasonable measures to provide accurate educational material and safe training environments.

However, participation in practical activities is undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Protocol Blackout shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, its educational content or participation in training activities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability arising from gross negligence, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer protection legislation.

10. Insurance

Protocol Blackout maintains appropriate public liability insurance for organised training activities where required.

Participants remain responsible for obtaining their own travel, medical and personal accident insurance where appropriate.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
